      Yes. It is possible for two graphs to have same Incidence matrix. That property is known as 'Isomorphism' in Network Topology.

    the condition you are applying is wrong. the condition for hermitian matrix is that if A = the transpose of A conjugate then it is known as the Hermitian matrix, not that Transpose of A = Conjugate of A. Please recheck.

      If the condition , Transpose of A = Conjugate of A is satisfied then matrix A is hermitian. Using matrix properties if you take Transpose on the other side of the equation you will get, A = Transpose of conjugate of A. In this case also A is Hermitian. Both equations are correct.
